All trading decisions are made entirely at your own risk.
Trading futures, stocks, forex, and options involves substantial risk, including the risk of total loss and, in some cases, losses exceeding your initial investment.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Subscriptions are billed according to the selected term (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
Initial fees are charged at signup
If a free trial is offered, the first payment will automatically be charged two (2) weeks after signup, unless canceled prior

You must maintain valid payment information
Failed or rejected payments may result in suspension or termination

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including subscriptions, educational services, and software access, except as expressly stated in the AI AutoTrader 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee below.
No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction, failure to cancel, or trading losses.
Right Line Trading may, at its discretion, offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the AI AutoTrader software, subject to strict compliance with the following conditions:
A refund may be requested only if all conditions are met:
Purchased directly from Right Line Trading and installed by Right Line Trading staff
Strategies run exactly as prescribed, without modification
Strategies operated on simulated accounts starting at $100,000
Strategies ran for a minimum of 20 trading days within the 30-day period
At least two (2) designated strategies failed to end above $100,000
Verifiable trade logs and performance review via screen share or read-only access provided
All technical issues were promptly reported and troubleshooting attempted
Full compliance with these Terms
Refund requests must be submitted by email within seven (7) calendar days following the 30-day period to:

Right Line Trading may offer an affiliate program governed by separate Affiliate Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated by reference.
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, brokers, or advisors.
Affiliates may not:
Promise profits or guaranteed results
Represent trading as risk-free
Act as financial or trading advisors
Misrepresent products or performance
FTC disclosure is required for all affiliate promotions.
Right Line Trading may modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
All content, software, trademarks, systems, and materials are the exclusive property of Right Line Trading.
No ownership rights are transferred through use of the Services.
Right Line Trading may suspend or terminate access at any time for:
Non-payment
Policy violations
Abuse or misconduct
Compliance or business risk
All fees paid are forfeited upon termination.
Right Line Trading shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Right Line Trading from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that:

Losses are possible
