NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS IS A SKILL-BASED COMPETITION, NOT A GAME OF CHANCE. ALL TRADING TAKES PLACE IN A SIMULATED (PAPER) ACCOUNT — NO REAL MONEY IS TRADED, RISKED, WON, OR LOST. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Trading Bots vs. Humans Trading Competition (the “Competition”) is sponsored and administered by High End Homes d/b/a Right Line Trading, 1680 Michigan Ave, Suite 700 #1054, Miami Beach, FL 33139 (“Right Line Trading,” “RLT,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google, Discord, Trustpilot, NinjaTrader, CME Group, or any exchange, broker, or trading platform.

2. Eligibility

To enter you must:

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time and may require proof of age, identity, or residency before awarding any prize.

3. Competition Period

The Competition begins August 24, 2026 at 6:00 PM ET and continues until suspended or terminated by Sponsor.

A Session runs from 6:00 PM ET to 5:00 PM ET the following day, matching the CME electronic trading session. Sessions occur only on days the relevant markets are open. Sponsor’s RLT Dashboard clock is the official timekeeper for all Sessions, and Sponsor’s recorded Session data is the official record of all results.

4. How to Enter — Free

  1. Download the RLT Dashboard free at rightlinetrading.com/rightline/RLT_Dashboard_WebUI.zip.
  2. Download and import the RLT NinjaScript Add-On at rightlinetrading.com/rightline/NT8/RLT_Dashboard_NTAddon.zip. In NinjaTrader, go to Tools, then Import, then NinjaScript Add-On. Results will not post without it.
  3. Connect a NinjaTrader simulated account.
  4. Register that simulated account once inside the Dashboard, under the display name you want shown publicly.
  5. Trade the Session manually.

Results post automatically through the Dashboard. There is no entry fee, no purchase, and no subscription required to enter or to win.

Nothing to send in. By entering the Competition you agree to these Official Rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2. Store coupons are issued automatically at Session close and emailed to the address on your registered RLT Dashboard account. See Section 9.

5. Qualifying Requirements

An entry qualifies for a given Session only if all of the following are true:

(a) Trading activity. A minimum of five (5) completed round-trip trades is required to qualify.

(b) Eligible instruments. All trades placed in NQ, ES, GC, CL, and/or SI (and any equivalents Sponsor publishes in writing). Trades in other instruments do not count toward sim P&L.

(c) Manual or automated. Both manually traded and strategy-traded accounts are eligible. Entries are labeled by type on the leaderboard.

(d) One account per person. One registered simulated account per individual. Entering from multiple accounts, or submitting results from an account you did not register, is grounds for disqualification.

(e) Flat at the close. No positions held open through the Session close.

(f) No mid-Session resets. The simulated account must not be reset, cleared, rebalanced, or re-funded at any point during the Session.

(g) Reported through the Dashboard. Only results recorded by the RLT Dashboard are eligible. Screenshots, manual reports, and third-party statements do not qualify an entry.

6. Daily Prizes — How Winners Are Determined

Three prizes are awarded for each Session ending at 5:00 PM ET, based on the highest standardized Session sim P&L posted to the public leaderboard:

Manually traded and strategy-traded entries compete for the same three prizes. Entry type is recorded by the RLT Dashboard at the time of the trade and is used to report the Session result, not to determine eligibility.

One prize per entrant per Session. An entrant who holds more than one position in a Session’s standings is awarded only the highest place they occupy; the remaining places pass to the next eligible entrants.

If two or more entries finish a Session tied on standardized Session sim P&L, the higher place is awarded to the manual entry; if both are the same type, to the entry with more completed round-trip trades; and if still equal, in alphabetical order of leaderboard name. If fewer than three eligible entries qualify in a Session, only the places reached are awarded.

All sim P&L is standardized to one (1) contract per completed trade, as reported by the RLT Dashboard.

Tiebreakers, applied in order: (1) higher standardized Session sim P&L; (2) higher win rate; (3) earliest first fill of the Session.

$2,000 annual maximum per person. The total value of all Competition store coupons an entrant redeems may not exceed $2,000 in any twelve (12) month period, measured from the date that entrant first redeems a Competition store coupon. This annual limit includes the Beat the All-Time Record prize in Section 7. Sponsor may withhold or void any coupon that would cause an entrant to exceed this limit; the entrant remains credited with the win on the leaderboard.

No-competition days. The Competition runs on regular U.S. futures trading days only. No Session is held and no prize is awarded on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. futures-market holidays on which the CME Group markets for NQ, ES, GC, CL, and SI are closed. In addition, any Session with fewer than 23 trading hours — including partial or early-close trading days — is a no-competition day for which no prize is awarded. Sponsor may suspend or pause the Competition at any time, including on partial trading days.

7. Beat the All-Time Record

A $1,000 Right Line Trading store coupon is awarded to the entrant — bot or human — who beats Sponsor’s standing all-time single-Session record. The standing record is currently $14,081.60 sim P&L.

8. Prize Terms — RLT Store Coupon

Prizes are issued as a single-use Right Line Trading store coupon code, emailed to the winner automatically at Session close.

9. Verification and Disqualification

No paperwork is required to collect a store coupon. By entering the Competition, and again by redeeming a Competition store coupon, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and the sole owner and operator of the registered simulated account.

Store coupons are issued automatically at Session close and delivered by email to the address on your registered RLT Dashboard account. It is your responsibility to keep that address current. Sponsor is not responsible for a coupon delivered to an out-of-date or incorrect address.

Sponsor reserves the right to request further verification — including the complete trade log for any Session, proof of identity, proof of address, account statements, or screen recordings — where Sponsor has reason to question an entrant’s eligibility or results. Where the total value of prizes awarded to an entrant reaches the applicable IRS reporting threshold, Sponsor will require a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is issued.

A prospective winner who does not provide the requested documentation within fourteen (14) days of Sponsor’s request forfeits the prize. A forfeited prize may, at Sponsor’s discretion, pass to the next qualifying entrant for that Session.

Sponsor reviews Session results as they are reported and may void any result, before or after a store coupon is issued, where the trading activity appears irregular or inconsistent with these Official Rules.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant, void any result, and withhold any prize for:

Sponsor’s determinations on all matters relating to the Competition are final and binding.

10. Simulated Trading — Important Disclosure

All Competition results are generated in NinjaTrader simulated (paper) trading accounts.

Simulated or hypothetical performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.

Simulated trading involves no financial risk, and no simulated trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. Simulated order fills may differ materially from fills in a live account.

Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not indicative of future results.

11. Not Financial Advice

Right Line Trading is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, or futures commission merchant.

Nothing in this Competition, on the leaderboard, in the RLT Dashboard, in any related broadcast, or in these Official Rules constitutes investment, trading, tax, or financial advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or other instrument.

Trading futures and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You alone are responsible for your own trading decisions. Consider your financial condition and consult a licensed professional before trading with real money.

12. Name, Likeness, and Publicity

By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to publish your registered display name, your Session results, and your Session statistics on the RLT leaderboard, website, Discord server, social channels, and livestreams.

By accepting a prize, you additionally grant Sponsor the irrevocable right to use your name, city and state, your statements about the Competition, and — if you choose to provide one — your photograph, in connection with the Competition and Sponsor’s advertising and marketing, in any medium, worldwide, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Providing a photograph is entirely optional and is not a condition of winning.

13. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Competition is handled under Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor will not sell entrant information.

14. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes arising from a prize. Sponsor will issue tax documentation where required by law and may require a completed IRS Form W-9 before awarding a prize with an aggregate value at or above the applicable reporting threshold.

15. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Competition or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for: platform, data feed, internet, or software failures; lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries or results; errors in Dashboard reporting; interruption of any Session; or any cause outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Sponsor’s total liability to any entrant is limited to the value of the prize at issue.

16. Modification, Suspension, and Termination

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition — or any Session, prize, or rule — at any time and for any reason, including where fraud, technical failure, or any other factor compromises the integrity of the Competition. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved individually, in Miami-Dade County, Florida, without resort to class action. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

18. Winners List

For the name of any prize winner, send a written request to [email protected] within 60 days of the applicable Session.

Addendum A — The $2,000 Human Challenge (Limited-Time Cash Prize)

The $2,000 Human Challenge (the “Challenge”) is a separate, limited-time promotion offered by Sponsor alongside the Competition. Except as stated in this Addendum, all terms of the Official Rules above — including Eligibility (Section 2), Qualifying Requirements (Section 5), Verification and Disqualification (Section 9), the simulated-trading and not-financial-advice disclosures (Sections 10 and 11), and the general terms in Sections 12 through 19 — apply to the Challenge in full.

A1. The prize. One (1) cash prize of $2,000 USD. This is the only prize offered under the Challenge, and it is awarded one time. The Challenge prize is cash — it is not a store coupon, and it is not subject to the store-coupon terms in Section 8 or the $2,000 annual coupon maximum in Section 6.

A2. How to win. The prize is awarded to the single human-registered account — an account registered as a manually traded (human) entry under Section 5 — that is the first to finish a Session with the highest standardized Session sim P&L of all entries that Session, ahead of every bot entry and every other entry. In other words, a human entry must finish the Session in first place overall on the public leaderboard, beating all bots. Automated, strategy-traded, or bot-assisted trading on the entry does not qualify for this Challenge.

A3. One winner; the Challenge then ends. There is exactly one (1) winner. The first Session in which a human entry finishes first overall, ahead of all bots, ends the Challenge, and that entrant wins the $2,000. No prize is awarded for any later Session unless Sponsor opens a new Challenge under Section A7.

A4. Ties. If two or more human entries finish a Session ahead of all bots, the prize goes to the single human entry with the highest standardized Session sim P&L. If those are equal, the tiebreakers in Section 6 apply (higher win rate, then earliest first fill).

A5. Verification. Before the prize is paid, Sponsor will review the complete trade log for the winning Session under Section 9 and confirm the entry was manually traded and otherwise qualifies. A prospective winner who does not complete verification within fourteen (14) days forfeits the prize, which may pass to the next qualifying human entry for that Session, if any.

A6. Payment and taxes. The $2,000 prize is paid by PayPal, which is the only payment method offered. To receive the prize the winner must provide a valid PayPal account able to accept the payment; a winner who cannot accept payment by PayPal within thirty (30) days of Sponsor’s request forfeits the prize, which may pass to the next qualifying human entry, if any. The prize is taxable income and the winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on it (Section 14). Sponsor will provide only the tax documentation, if any, that the law requires of it.

A7. Changes and re-launch. The Challenge runs from the start date posted by Sponsor until the prize is awarded, unless Sponsor modifies, suspends, or terminates it earlier under Section 16. After the prize is awarded, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, open a new Challenge — for the same or a different amount — by posting it, with a fresh start date, on this page and on the Competition page.
