Overview
Right Line Trading offers a limited refund policy that applies only to the AI AutoTrader software under specific conditions described below.
All other products, services, subscriptions, educational materials, and software access are final sale and non-refundable once a purchase is completed.
By purchasing from Right Line Trading, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. AI AutoTrader 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Right Line Trading offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the AI AutoTrader software only, subject to the eligibility requirements outlined below.
This guarantee exists solely as a commercial refund policy and does not represent or imply a guarantee of performance, profitability, or trading success.
Eligibility Requirements
A refund request for the AI AutoTrader will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

The AI AutoTrader was purchased directly from Right Line Trading.

The software was installed and configured by Right Line Trading staff.

All strategies were run exactly as prescribed, without modification, pause, or override.

Each strategy operated on a simulated trading account with a starting balance of $100,000.

Strategies were run for a minimum of twenty (20) trading days within the thirty (30) calendar day evaluation period.

Trading days are defined as days when the relevant market is open for trading; weekends and exchange holidays do not count as trading days and do not automatically extend the evaluation period.

If fewer than twenty (20) trading days occur within the 30-day period solely due to exchange holidays or market closures, Right Line Trading may, at its sole discretion, consider the refund request provided all other eligibility requirements are satisfied.

At least two (2) designated strategies failed to end the evaluation period with an account balance greater than $100,000.

The customer provides verifiable trade logs and allows reasonable performance verification, including screen sharing or read-only review.

Any technical issues were promptly reported, and reasonable troubleshooting efforts were made.

The customer remained in full compliance with the Right Line Trading Terms of Service at all times.
Failure to meet any of the above conditions renders the refund request ineligible.
Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days following the conclusion of the 30-day guarantee period.

Requests submitted outside this window will be automatically denied, and the sale will be considered final.
Refund Processing
If eligibility is verified, refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days.
Refunds may be issued using the original payment method or another reasonable method at Right Line Trading’s discretion.
Limitations & Exclusions (AI AutoTrader)

Applies only to the initial AI AutoTrader purchase

Applies only to simulated trading accounts

One (1) refund per customer

No partial refunds

Financing fees, interest, installment fees, and third-party costs are excluded

Refund eligibility is void if strategies were altered, paused, overridden, or improperly executed
Right Line Trading’s determination of compliance, performance verification, and refund eligibility shall be final and binding.
2. No Refunds on All Other Products & Services
Except for the AI AutoTrader 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee described above, all sales are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Trading rooms and live trading access
-
Educational courses or materials
-
Subscriptions and memberships
-
Software tools other than AI AutoTrader
-
Professional trading tools
-
Coaching, training, or consulting services
-
Digital downloads or streaming content
Once access is granted or services begin, no refunds, credits, or charge reversals will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction, failure to use the product, or failure to cancel a subscription prior to renewal.
3. Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however:

Cancellations stop future billing only

No refunds are issued for the current billing period

Failure to cancel before renewal does not constitute grounds for a refund

4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Right Line Trading may result in:

Immediate account suspension or termination

Forfeiture of access to products and services

Ineligibility for any future refunds
Right Line Trading reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide supporting documentation to payment processors.
5. Policy Updates
Right Line Trading reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
