Terms of Service & Independent Contractor Agreement

1. Agreement Overview
By applying to or participating in the Right Line Trading Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Operating Agreement (“Agreement”).
This Agreement is entered into between you and High End Homes LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Right Line Trading (“Right Line Trading,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the Program.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship (IMPORTANT)
You acknowledge that you are entering into this Agreement with High End Homes LLC d/b/a Right Line Trading, and that you are an independent contractor of the Company and not an employee.
Nothing in this Agreement creates or implies any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Right Line Trading.
As an independent contractor:

You are not an employee of Right Line Trading

You are not entitled to wages, salary, benefits, insurance, or tax withholding

You have no authority to bind or represent Right Line Trading
-
You are responsible for your own business operations, marketing methods, and expenses
-
You are responsible for all taxes associated with commissions earned
You control how, when, and where you promote Right Line Trading, subject to the restrictions in this Agreement.
3. Eligibility & Account Requirements
To participate, you must:

Be 18 years of age or older
-
Be a legal resident of the United States
-
Be an individual or legally registered U.S. business entity
-
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
-
Maintain only one affiliate account
-
Keep login credentials secure and confidential
Automated registrations, bots, or scripted signups are prohibited.
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You may not earn commissions on purchases made by yourself or accounts you control.
4. Affiliate Links, Coupons & Tracking
Upon approval, you will be assigned one or more of the following (“Affiliate Tools”):

A unique referral link
-
A unique coupon code
-
Auto-applied referral URLs
Commissions are earned only on sales that are:
-
Properly tracked by our systems
-
Generated through approved Affiliate Tools
-
Completed and paid by the customer
We are not responsible for commissions lost due to:
-
Incorrect link usage
-
Coupon leakage
-
Tracking failures outside our control
-
Manual entry errors not recorded by our system
Only sales recorded by our tracking system are eligible for commission.
5. Qualified Revenue Definition
“Qualified Revenue” means net revenue actually collected by Right Line Trading from a referred customer, excluding:

Refunds
-
Chargebacks
-
Disputed or reversed transactions
-
Taxes, fees, credits, or adjustments
-
Fraudulent or self-referred purchases
Revenue is considered qualified only after the applicable refund and chargeback window has closed.
6. Commission Structure & Minimum Sales Requirement
Commission rates and tier thresholds are published on the Affiliate Program marketing page and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Minimum Requirement (Important)
To earn commissions:

An Affiliate must generate at least $500 in Qualified Revenue within a calendar month

This qualifies the Affiliate for the Bronze Tier
-
Bronze Tier earns 25% commission, equal to $125
Revenue below $500 in a month:
-
Does not earn commissions
-
Does not carry forward toward payout eligibility
Higher commission tiers require higher levels of Qualified Revenue, as published on the Program page.
Right Line Trading reserves the right to modify commission rates, tiers, or thresholds at any time.
7. Payment Thresholds & Schedule

Commissions are paid monthly
-
Minimum payout threshold: $20
-
Earnings below $20 roll forward until the threshold is met
-
Payments are issued via PayPal or another method designated by Right Line Trading
We may delay or withhold payments for fraud review, compliance verification, or missing documentation.
8. Tax Reporting & Documentation
Affiliates are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on commissions earned.
As a condition of payment:

Affiliates may be required to submit a completed IRS Form W-9
-
Payments may be withheld until tax documentation is received and verified
-
If required by law, Right Line Trading will issue IRS Form 1099-NEC
Failure to provide accurate tax information may result in payment delays or account suspension.
9. Prohibited Marketing Practices
The following are strictly prohibited:

Brand bidding on “Right Line Trading” or similar terms
-
Posting coupon codes on public coupon aggregation sites without permission
-
Incentivized traffic (cashback, rebates, giveaways tied to purchases)
-
Spam email, spam DMs, or unsolicited bulk messaging
-
False income claims or misleading statements
-
Impersonation of Right Line Trading or its representatives
Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions and termination.
10. FTC Disclosure Requirement
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines.
Example disclosures include:
“I may earn a commission if you use my link or coupon.”
Failure to disclose properly may result in termination.
11. Customer Ownership
All customers referred through the Program are customers of Right Line Trading.
We control:

Pricing
-
Product availability
-
Fulfillment
-
Customer service
-
Refunds and disputes
Affiliates may not display product pricing unless explicitly authorized.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination:

All Affiliate Tools must be removed immediately
-
Commissions earned through fraud or violations are forfeited
-
Lawfully earned commissions above the payout threshold may be paid at our discretion
Right Line Trading may suspend or terminate any account at any time.
13. Limitation of Liability
Right Line Trading is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed commissions actually paid or payable to you.
14. Disclaimers
The Program is provided “as is.”
We make no guarantees regarding:

Earnings
-
Tracking accuracy
-
Program availability
-
Continuity of service
15. Arbitration & Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. No class or consolidated arbitration is permitted.
16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Right Line Trading and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
Right Line Trading is a registered trade name of High End Homes LLC.
